Because attorney-advertising laws vary by state and are subject to ongoing change, you agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable rules and regulations, whether or not they are specifically identified here. Failure to list a state, rule, or statute does not create liability for the organization nor imply compliance. You also warrant that you are licensed in good standing, have had no licensure complaint, and you are registering due to a nomination notification from Attorney and Practice.  You also agree to the below charge. We appreciate your cooperation to ensure the public is provided the most up to date and comprehensive list.

We encourage all members and readers to submit articles via [email protected]. We invite and encourage you to contribute articles on a variety of pertinent topics to our community. Currently, we are particularly interested in submissions related to attorney well-being, effective law firm management and promotion strategies, developments in environmental law, fostering diversity within law firm workplaces, and innovative legal technologies (particularly AI). Additionally, we welcome articles on emerging areas of law, regulatory updates, and insights into the evolving legal landscape. When submitting articles please send in Word format and also send a cover art picture or head shot of contributor. If the cover art or head shot of contributor is not included will we find an appropriate picture that we deem that fits the article. We ask that articles be between 600-3000 words in length.
